The concept/design phase is typically the most important to any new landscape installation or renovation. The design process begins with discussing the customers needs and expectations, which is then followed up with a site analysis. As a part of the site analysis, the land itself must be studied to determine beneficial land features, as well as areas of the property that may require alteration. A general study is initially completed which is then later refined as detailed plans are completed.

There is NO CHARGE for the initial consultation but we do charge for any design time involved with a project. Our design fees are among the most competitive in comparison to equally qualified competitors, starting at $200 for smaller projects.
